1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

3. Account Verification (KYC)

bag333 is obligated to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals or upon request. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear photographic copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or Passport.
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator statement).

5.1 Deposits

5.2 Withdrawals

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bag333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited to the Player's wallet as bonus funds upon deposit settlement.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games contribute 10%. • Promotional Eligibility: bag333 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have been previously excluded from promotions due to abuse will not regain promotional eligibility.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets offered on the bag333 platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), rugby, football, kabaddi, and all other sports:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and valid once the Player receives a confirmation screen and the corresponding amount is deducted from their wallet. Bets placed during platform maintenance windows or data feed outages may be voided.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. If odds change between the Player's bet submission and the platform's acceptance, the Player will be notified and may confirm or cancel the bet at the new odds.
• Void Bets: A bet will be declared void and the stake returned if: the event does not commence or is abandoned without a result being determined; the market is suspended at the time the bet is placed due to a technical error; or the event outcome cannot be verified from official data sources.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. bag333 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. In-play bets accepted after a decisive event has occurred (due to data feed delay) may be voided at bag333's discretion.
• Maximum Winnings: The maximum payout on any single sports bet is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh Taka) per event, per day. Winnings exceeding this limit will be capped at the stated maximum.

8. Casino and Live Casino Rules
